modes is a Queer & Trans owned/operated establishment. We are a collective creative space with the forward thinking to share space with and incubate groups or ideas for proof of concept to go to market. 

We specialize in curatorial performance art parties involving food, beverage and entertainment. Our performance artists offer hyper-seasonal, rotating farmer's market-sourced creations to complement both 2 & 3 dimensional artwork.
